In consideration and using agedcareguardian.com (“the Site”) and the services that are being provided by the site which (include sales of goods). You need to agree and accept as you are bound with the Terms and provision with the Terms & Conditions applied (these “T&C”) and the Privacy Policy that is located on the website. (the “Policy on Privacy”). Your use of any webpages, services, and content on the Site, as well as your interactions with AgedCare (“AgedCare,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), are governed by the terms of these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy.

Alterations to the privacy statement and terms and conditions
You acknowledge that the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, and by using the Site or its services going forward, you agree to any such changes. After ten (10) days of the amended terms and conditions and/or privacy policy being posted on the website, or after you receive an email or other written notice, as applicable, any such revision or change shall be legally binding upon you.

If you disown any of the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions, you must notify the website in writing within 10 days time period and described above and immediately quit using any services offered by the site.

Payment of Fees
At the time of book launch they may impose fees on you for services rendered in connection with your use of the Site, such as memberships, among others. Any fees, surcharges, or other additional payments that are imposed on AgedCare by governmental, regulatory, or financial institutions or entities may be assessed and collected from you by us.

Payment options for purchases made through the Site to AgedCare include bank wire transfers, electronic fund transfers, ACH (automated bank transfers), legitimate credit cards, PayPal, checks, and bank wire transfers. AgedCare maintain the right to change the range of available payment methods. AgedCare retain the right to end services provided to You and keep all monies paid up until the termination date if You don’t pay the service fees.

You guarantee that all payment information—such as credit card numbers and valid PayPal accounts—are accurate and true for any payments you make using the Site or that a third party makes on your behalf. Furthermore, you acknowledge and accept that your Site services may be suspended or terminated, and that any refused payment may result in further penalties, costs, or expenses (such as a dishonored credit card). Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that AgedCare has no duty to save, preserve, or otherwise maintain your information, account, or services related to your account in the event that your account is closed. Instead, you are solely responsible for making sure that all fees owed as a result of your use of the Site are paid on time.

    • The return window begins from the date of delivery.

    • To initiate a return, please contact store where the book was purchased or our online store if the book was purchased from our website.

  5. Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product damaged in shipment.
  6. Refund Timing
    • Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item.
    • It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
  7. Additional Notes
    • We reserve the right to request additional information for fraud prevention.

Billing
Depending on the terms of your subscription, payments may be made monthly, semi-annually, or annually to the debit or credit card that is on file. You can always send a written request to support through guardian@agedcareguardian.com to view your payment history. Kindly give us two business days to respond.

Policy of One Account
Each user is only permitted to have one account in order to protect the integrity of the services offered through the Site and elsewhere. In a similar vein, each organization is only permitted to have one account. Users who break this rule risk having all of their accounts blocked or closed.

Security of Your Account
It is your responsibility to keep your AgedCare Site account secure. You acknowledge and accept that you alone are in charge of your account security settings, the security of sensitive data (such as your password), and any repercussions that may arise from using your AgedCare Site account. Additionally, you acknowledge that AgedCare is not liable for any fraudulent payments or unlawful use of your AgedCare Site account. You may not divulge your login credentials to any parties. Your password will never be requested by AgedCare, other than to log you into your Site account. You should change your password right away and get in touch with AgedCare if you think that your account or login details have been hacked.

AgedCare invites all users of the Site to proactively strengthen their personal security protocols. These precautions could include changing passwords frequently, keeping passwords private from prying eyes, and using “strong” passwords made up of both capital and lowercase characters and numbers.

User Content
You are permitted to post to specific sections of the website, such as blog post comments. We disclaim all responsibility and liability for any messages, posts, information, or other content that users may post on the Site, and we are not obligated to review any of these postings.

Despite the foregoing, users are not allowed to post the following:

  1. Any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racial, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable; this includes, but is not limited to, the content that incites behavior that could be considered a crime, result in civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

  5. Messages from persons who are not our spokespersons yet claim to be speaking on our behalf.
  6. Messages that offer to download private or copyrighted information without authorization.
  7. The same user’s repeated messages inside different folders reiterate the same idea.
  8. Any type of chain letter.

Permissions & Clearances
In order to include any textual, illustrative, or other material in the Work that you choose, you must, at Your Expense: (a) obtain all permissions and other clearances that AgedCare deems necessary; and (b) deliver copies of all agreements, correspondence, and copyright assignments pertaining thereto, along with acknowledgements and copyright notices in PDF format or another format that the parties mutually agree upon.

Knowledge of T&C And Privacy Policy
If you are using Site services in conjunction with any third parties, you agree to ensure such third parties are aware of, and agree to, these T&C and the Privacy Policy.

License
We provide you permission to use and access the Site, see any content you may purchase a right to access, and use any content we supply to you particularly for inclusion in your book. This license is non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. You acknowledge and agree that, absent our expressed written authorization, you shall not be permitted to duplicate, change, edit, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, rent, share, or republish any information or content that we provide on the Site or that is not intended expressly for your book. You also acknowledge that you are not being granted any ownership rights to any content on this website.
